Troubleshooting Common Issues
Even with the best tools, sometimes things don't go as planned. This guide provides solutions to some of the most common issues users encounter with FluentCommunity.
My community portal looks unstyled or different from my theme.
By default, the FluentCommunity portal uses its own modern, app-like styling to ensure a consistent and fast experience. It is designed to be theme-agnostic.
- Solution: While it won't inherit every detail from your theme, you can add your own branding (logo, colors) in the settings. For deeper visual changes, you can use the Custom CSS feature to override the default styles and match your theme more closely.
I enabled a Pro module, but the feature isn't appearing.
If you have enabled a Pro module like Gamification or Courses but don't see the options on the front-end, there are a few things to check.
- Check Your License: Ensure your FluentCommunity Pro license is active and correctly entered in your site's settings. An expired license can sometimes disable pro features.
- Clear Your Cache: If you're using a caching plugin, try clearing your cache to see if the feature appears.
